KIA Motors prior to its India launch wanted to carve an identity for itself that’s distinct from its sister concern Hyundai Motors. Right from the time a customer walks into the showroom to the sales and the after-sales service, KIA wanted the entire suite of applications and digital solutions tailored for a premium positioning in the Indian market. Spearheaded the design of pan-India digital communications in the showrooms, and the suite of sales, service, and after-sales applications such as MySales, CVIS, JC app, and DVR reporting tools.
